Gear and Audio Equipment Recommendations For New Music Bingo Hosts
With the right gear, it’s simple to host your own Jindo music bingo party game!
Our goal has always been for anybody, anywhere at any time to be able to host Jindo music bingo. In order to do so, you will need some basic equipment. If you are a mobile DJ or trivia night host you probably have everything you need. If you’re not sure or are just getting started, here’s the gear I use to do my shows:
Vehicle: Toyota Tacoma Truck
I am able to fit all my gear plus some extra swag and stuff in the 5ft bed of the truck. For most shows I do, I could probably use any car or SUV to get the gear where it needs to go.
Computer, Tablet or Phone
I use a 2015 MacBook Pro with Google Chrome web browser.
Speakers and stands
I use an EV ZLX-12P top with an EV ETX-15SP sub for a majority of my shows. If I need a wider throw or more sound, I add a second EV ZLX-12P on a speaker stand.
MICROPHONES
I use these Lekato wireless mics from Amazon. Not the loudest or best, but they work great and are super cheap!
BLUETOOTH CONNECTOR

Rack Case
I got mine used off Facebook Marketplace for like $50. My daughter and I stuck a bunch of stickers on it. I put my computer on top of this during the show.
Rack Drawers
Again, got these off Facebook marketplace 50-80% of the new price. I use these to store my cables, mics, controllers and swag.
Power Supply
Yes, I got this of FB Marketplace too. You’re looking for something simple with multiple outlets.
Keyboard Stand
You guessed it, I got mine used. The keyboard stand holds the Rack Case firm and it’s got a small/stable footprint.
Cables, Extension Cords and Mics
A 12-20ft extension cord is usually enough to get to power at most venues. I bring a couple of XLR cables to chain my speakers and a ⅛” to `¼” cable as a backup output for my computer. I also bring a basic handheld mic as a backup for my wireless handheld. My phone serves as the backup to my computer for running the Jam.
