BOOKING POLICY
LAST UPDATED: 03-September-2024 Booking Policy Please read through the following booking policies for a Jindo Event. A “Jindo Event” is any booking, virtual or in-person, that is arranged and agreed upon directly with Jindo, LLC (“Jindo”). A “Customer” is any person or group of people, acting alone or on behalf of a business, government, school or any organization, private or public, that books a Jindo Event directly with Jindo. By booking a Jindo Event, Customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and DMCA disclaimer found here: https://playjindo.com/. Booking Information All bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Jindo will reserve the date and time for Customer and Customer shall pay Jindo a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total amount due, at time of booking. This non-refundable retainer is a requirement to reserve the Jindo Event. Bookings can be made via email to contact@playjindo.com. Cancelling To cancel a Jindo Event booking, Customers must send an email to contact@playjindo.com with the subject line “CANCEL” and include Customer name as well as date and time of Jindo Event. Emails received that do not have CANCEL as subject line, or include Customer name as well as date and time of Jindo Event, may not be processed expeditiously. Notice of cancellation will be considered delivered when all information is received at the email given above. The fees for cancelling a Jindo Event are as follows: #Days Before Booking %Refunded More than 30 days 75% Less than 30, more than 15 days 65% Less than 15, more than 7 days 50% Less than 7 days 0% At our discretion, we may offer to reschedule your event, if you so desire, provided an available date and time can be agreed upon. Depending on the number of days notice after the initial booking, the following Rebooking Fee will apply: #Days Before Reservation Rebooking Fee More than 30 days 10% of booking amount Less than 30 days 25% of booking amount For example: You reserve January 15th and for a total of $200, but for whatever reason the date or time needs to be moved. If Customer reschedules before December 15th (more than 30 days from initial booking) Customer will be charged a $20 Re-booking Fee. If a customer reschedules on or after December 15th, Customer will be charged a $25 Re-Booking Fee. Payment Options Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Venmo.the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.” 5. Jindo reserves the right to remove or disable access to content without prior notice. In appropriate circumstances, Jindo will also terminate users whom it determines to be repeat infringers.
