Music bingo comes to life and opens its virtual doors to YOU!

To most, this may look like just a friendly group of people getting together to play a game. To us, this is a dream come true, the result of almost 2 years of hard work, epic mistakes and unwavering belief that Jindo has the power to connect and bring people Joy.

In order to play a game like this just 1 year ago, you would’ve needed:

1. To be a Jindo team member to create the Jam

2. A computer with DJ software and internet access

3. A library of custom created music files

4. A DJ controller

5. Speakers, cords and mics

6. Handouts with QR codes for players to scan.

Then, to actually host you would’ve needed:

1. To randomly play all the songs

2. Mark the songs that have been played

3. Launch all game sound fx manually

4. Verify if a player has a legit Jindo

5. Load up all the songs for the next game and repeat steps 1-4

Now, YOU can host and share a Jindo Jam from your phone and connect to a speaker with Bluetooth. It’s that easy.

Colin, the man in charge of our music development, said it was like watching your child take its first steps. As a father of three daughters, there is not much that can compare to their life milestones, but seeing these pictures definitely hit me in the feels.

Building this game and business, alongside Shawn and our team, has been one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done. At times it’s brought my elation and a sense that I’m truly fulfilling my calling in life. At other times, it’s been absolutely terrifying and made me question if I have what it takes to create software and lead a company.

The beginnings of all things are small. These pictures are a reminder of how far we’ve come and motivation to keep going forward. I’m grateful to everyone that has inspired, played, reviewed, helped and worked on Jindo. Thanks for taking the ride with us!!
